Non Resident Rental Information
At the Vista Ridge Community Center we take care to provide our guests with high quality event space for thier unique hosting needs.
Even if you don't live in the Vista Ridge Neighborhood you are able to rent out one of the beautiful rooms in our facility.
See below for the event spaces that we offer.
We have two different pricing levels dependant on the time of year.
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO NON RESIDENT ROOM RENTALS:
NON RESIDENT ROOM RESERVATIONS:
- Non resident rentals can only be booked through Vista Ridge Community Center Management.
- Any rentals booked outside of normal operating hours will be subject to a $25.00 an hour fee, in addition to the regular rates.
- Rentals booked outside of normal operating hours must be booked 30 days in advance, unless otherwise approved by the Community Center Director.
- In order to rent the Community Room, Board Room, Outdoor Pavilion and Outdoor Lawn our use agreement must be filled out entirely, a security deposit must be received. If rental is cancelled we reserve the right to withhold the security deposit.
- Please contact Courtney Whittaker or Georgez Dabit when booking your rental.
OTHER POLICIES:
- We do not pencil in dates, you must physically come into and secure your booking.
- Renters are allowed two rentals per calendar year.
- The renter only gets exclusive use of the area they reserve.
- All rentals are on a first come first serve basis.
- Rentals are subject to availability and black out dates due to Vista Ridge HOA Community Center events.
- The persons who rent out a room must be present for the entire duration of the rental.
- Rentals are not allowed at the skyline pool facility.
- No helium balloons are permitted at any given time.
- ALL SET UP AND CLEAN UP TIMES MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL TIMES.
Rentals are subject to availability and black out dates due to VRCC events.
*The security deposit will be returned to the party reserving the facility upon completion of the event and inspection of the facility by the Community Center Director.

NON RESIDENT RATES OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL:
THE COMMUNITY ROOM:
Set up to comfortably seat 48 people.
75 PEOPLE MAXIMUM STANDING ROOM ONLY
- $400 security deposit**
- $175 for first two hours
- $75 per hour for any portion of an hour thereafter.
- $35.00 staffing fee for any portion of an hour outside of normal operating hours.
With a fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful stone fireplace as a centerpiece, our Community Room is the perfect space to host a small wedding,
rehearsal dinner, large shower or special birthday party.
THE BOARD ROOM:
Set up to comfortably seat 24 people. 30 PEOPLE MAXIMUM
- $200 security deposit**
- $100 for first two hours
- $45 per hour for any portion of an hour thereafter.
- $35.00 staffing fee for any portion of an hour outside of normal operating hours.
Rich wood trim and stone fireplace is the backdrop for our Board Room.
This space is perfect for your next meeting, small shower or birthday party.
THE OUTDOOR PAVILION:
Set up to comfortably seat 30 people.
- $100 security deposit**
- $75 for the first two hours
- $30 for any portion of an hour thereafter
Six hour maximum, no after hours rentals.
Our Outdoor Pavilion is perfect for your family barbeque, birthday party or family reunion. Non Residents DO NOT have access to the VRCC Pool.
THE OUTDOOR LAWN:
250 PEOPLE MAXIMUM-Lawn Only No Additional Amenities
- $500 security deposit**
- $200 for the first two hours
- $85 for any portion of an hour after.
6 hour maximum, no after hours rentals.
Perfect for a large group, our Outdoor Lawn is the perfect space for whatever you can imagine!
Non residents can book a year in advance for this time period.
**Cancellation Policy:
6 months out ¾ of the deposit will be refunded
90 days out ½ of the deposit will be refunded.
30 days out, deposit will not be refunded.
NON RESIDENT RATES MAY THROUGH SEPTEMBER:
THE COMMUNITY ROOM:
Set up to comfortably seat 48 people.
75 PEOPLE MAXIMUM STANDING ROOM ONLY
- $400 security deposit**
- $300 for first two hours
- $100 per hour for any portion of an hour thereafter.
- $35.00 staffing fee for any portion of an hour outside of normal operating hours.

250 PEOPLE MAXIMUM-Lawn Only No Additional Amenities
- $500 security deposit**
- $250 for the first two hours
- $100 for any portion of an hour after.
6 hour maximum, no after hours rentals.
Perfect for a large group, our Outdoor Lawn is the perfect space for whatever you can imagine!
Non residents can book 6 months in advance for this time period.
**Cancellation Policy:
90 days out ½ of the deposit will be refunded
30 days out, deposit will not be refunded.
